Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, typically 7–14 business days. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Estimates

Domestic Shipping (within Pakistan):
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Free shipping may be offered on select items or orders over a certain amount. -
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary by destination.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon arrival.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services to ensure your artwork arrives safely and on time.
Packaging
All artwork is packaged with care to prevent damage in transit.
- Flat artwork is shipped in reinforced envelopes or sleeves.
- Framed or larger pieces are shipped in protective boxes with appropriate padding.
- For high-value items, insurance and signature confirmation may be required.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received your tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us at reach@melonary.com.
Shipping Delays
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays once the package has left our facility, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at shopmelonary@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the packaging or product (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
